		<description>Interesting that Forrester recommends something we all already did before the social media stuff became popular: Take the right search terms, use the right tools and analyze what you find ;-).

One of my experiences with such modern community sites, like MySpace or Facebook, is that they have a lot of members, but less worthful information to offer. On the other hand blogs deliver even better information than forums (that are much older community tools). So, there&#039;s improvement on the horizon.</description>
